Diana has had extensive experience installing OSC programs for medium production, large regional, and scattered on-your-lot builders. She’s worked with leads from all demographics and understands that each market has it’s unique story to tell. 

As a part of our process team, Diana is talented at developing the right process in the moment needed and using the best technology available to execute. 

She’s worked with multiple CRM’s including LassoCRM, Salesforce, and Hubspot-understanding the need to tailor the right CRM for the builder. She’s implemented chat bots with and without AI technology using different programs like Drift and Atlas RTX. In addition, she and her team(s) have successfully managed social media commenting and lead generation. Diana is able to leverage the skills of her team to create efficient yet human interactions for her builder partners-serving the ultimate goal of a seamless customer experience from the day someone inquires to when they move into their new home.

Prior to finding her passion in helping customers design and build their dream homes, Nichole worked in the medical, hospitality, and automotive industries where she developed her versatile customer service and sales skill set. Her calm, empathetic, and gracious demeanor is what her customers say they value the most.

When not at work, you can find Nichole either at Starbucks or spending time with her family. Nichole enjoys writing, studying psychology, and playing chess.

She is skilled in Salesforce and Lasso CRM, CallRail, and Drift; but admits Salesforce is her favorite platform!

  • Welcome and Orientation

    we’ll have a quick zoom huddle to introduce key players on both Shared Drive’s team and Manuel Builders  (no agenda, truly to put some faces together, ask any lingering questions)

  • Access Points

    We’ll ask you to complete a login document, with access to all products/accounts being used

  • In-Person Roundup

    Your executive OSC will arrive onsite to visit and get to know your sales team. We’ll be informally surveying the team about their current state-of-leads, understanding how they work with a prospect, and putting in some valuable facetime.

  • Website & Marketing Review

    We’ll audit your lead capturing efforts to gain a clear understanding of where your leads are coming from and what their user experience is.

  • CRM Review & Implementation

    As much as possible, we’ll provide input and feedback as Salesforce is set up to best utilize the tool for OSC and onsite performance.

  • Builder Scorecard Introduction

    Shared Drive provides a custom Builder Performance Scorecard for each of their clients. We’ll spend some time up front discovering your short and long-term goals so that we may properly measure success.

  • Sales Process Development

    Using the information we have learned so far, we’ll begin designing your OSC sales process(es) and templates. Of course, these are tweaked and reviewed monthly to ensure we’re reaching each lead where they need to be met.

  • Digital Surveying

    We like to periodically survey our clients for a few reasons:

    • to measure our performance and your satisfaction!
    • to set a baseline
    • to understand different needs and approaches

     We’ll be in touch with the team members you’ve approved to get more detail.

  • 30-Day Program Review

    At the completion of the 30-day Launch, Shared Drive will meet with sales leaders via video conference to highlight next steps by identifying areas of concern and detailing a plan of execution.
