With over 15 years of experience in home building, Ingrid has established herself as a pioneer in online sales, recognized for her customer-centric approach and innovative use of video technology. In her presentations, she focuses on catering to tech-savvy buyers and examines the influence of social media in new home sales, as well as the buyer’s journey from online to onsite. 

 Ingrid, as Chief OSC and Co-Founder, collaborates with Shari Morton, CGO and Co-Founder of Shared Drive, to lead the strategic expansion of the online sales program. They operate as a cohesive support system and extension to their online sales team, continuously improving their OSC skills. This approach keeps them in front of market dynamics, empowering them to proactively assist builder clients in navigating market shifts and planning ahead effectively. Together, they ensure Shared Drive remains at the forefront of the evolving market landscape, minimizing its impact on clients through strategic foresight and support. 

 Ingrid’s contributions to the industry have earned her several accolades, including the prestigious 2020 Dallas Builders Association McSam Award for Sales Manager of the Year and recognition in the 2019 Professional Builder 40 Under 40 list.  Ingrid was also awarded the National Association of Home Builders Silver Award for Online Sales Counselor of the Year for 2017 and is a two-time award winner for the Dallas Builders Association McSam Award for Online Sales Counselor of the Year in 2016 and 2017. These acknowledgments underscore her significant impact and leadership within the field. 

 Beyond her professional endeavors, Ingrid is a passionate adventurer who accomplished the monumental feat of completing the 2022 NYC Marathon, all in support of the American Cancer Society. Her dedication to charitable causes mirrors her commitment to excellence in her career.
